So recently I have made some very good friends over a site called tumblr. I'm sure most of you have heard of it before, but just in case you haven't it is a blogging site that is way to addicting for your own good.

These people are from all over and from all walks of life. One girl, Haliea, is from Australia. She is the perfect example of someone who I never would have been able to have contact with if it wasn't for tumblr. The rest of us are spread out all over the US. Tumblr is not a site for socializing, but somehow we all managed to come together and form a friendship that is sort of different from any other.

I've told people about this and they have looked at me funny and been skeptical if this friendship could really be a real one, but  I could never expect them to understand. I know how crazy it may sound, but its so great. You have to base your whole opinion on the person not by the way they look or who they hang out with, but on their voice... they're personality, and the things they say. You can't ask for a more pure and real friendship.

I guess the point of this post is everything happens for a reason. Somehow something made me want to write in Haliea's ask box and tell her that I loved her blog. And something made her start a conversation with me, then invite me into a skype call with all of these people who also have awesome blogs and here we are.... sharing everything about ourselves and falling asleep on skype together every night. It's a really beautiful thing.

I love you Haliea, Taylor, Heather, Dylan, Jessica, Teddy, and Ashley

I hope everyone had  great new years eve and I hope that 2011 is treating you all well so far!

Today I started my first day of college classes. It was actually not bad at all and a lot of the people in the class were really cool so that was nice!

I'm also really excited because all my favorite shows are starting up again now! Bad Girls Club, Pretty Little Liars, The Bachelor, Skins, Gossip Girl, Jersey Shore, Greys Anatomy, Modern Family, Survivor, and sooo so much more! I'm so excited about them all!

What are you guys excited about for the new year?!

Merry Christmas Everyone! I had a great Christmas! I hope everyone else did too! If you don't celebrate Christmas I hope you all had a great holiday season with whatever you celebrate! It was so much fun getting to see my whole family all together.

On top of all of that we got SO MUCH SNOW the day after! Where I live I got over 3 feet of snow! The plows can't even get through so we have no way to leave our house. It is taking forever to try to dig out our cars which were totally covered. You couldn't even see them. Check out thee pictures :)
It is not fun standing out there with wind gusts at 40 mph and it is FREEZING cold!

I hope where ever you are you are having a great time with friends and family!

It's Christmas Eve! I am so excited for Christmas to finally be here! Christmas is one of my favorite holidays, but not just because of all the amazing presents my parents always pick out for me. I love getting together with my family, standing around the piano, and singing Christmas carols. I love seeing all my family that I don't get to see as much. I love drinking hot chocolate with the fire roaring and watching Charlie Brown Christmas. The whole things is just so beautiful. It's absolutely my favorite time of year.

Christmas always puts me in such a good mood, but it always makes me reflect on all of the people in the world who aren't going to have as great of a Christmas as I'll be blessed with. So I ask all of you as you sit down to eat your big meal, open all your beautiful presents, and enjoy your very own Christmas traditions to remember those who aren't as fortunate as you.

RANDOM POSTTTT :D

First of all, there is only SIX DAYS until Christmas! I am dying with excitement/anticipation! That also means only FOUR DAYS until I get to see Katilin! YAYAYAYYAY <3 I plan on vlogging when we open each others gifts (mostly so I can brag about the AMAZING gift I got her!!!) ahaha.

I'm also sort of stressed because I didn't realize how close we were to christmas and I have a bunch of Holiday Videos I wanted to upload before christmas. get ready for some TWC Spamming in your subscription box on youtube! hahaha

On a completely different note, I just found out that the community theater I work with is doing a talent show this spring! I love it when they do talent shows because you can CHOOSE the song you want to sing and you already know it so it's all the fun without any of the pressure! My biggest problem is deciding which songs to sing! So far I've been asked by my director to do Superboy and the Invisible Girl with a friend of mine, Kevin. I also want to do a Hey medley with my best friend Andrew. And on top of all of that I got asked if I wanted to do Mama Who Bore Me Reprise in a group of girls. So heres my problem-- am I allowed to do more than one thing in the show? I guess we'll find out!

On a sort of related note to both of the above subjects, today I was in the Christmas Pageant at my church. I thought for sure it would be a DISASTER, but it wasn't bad at all! I might even go as far as saying it was acceptable! ahahha. Dress rehearsal yesterday was a total bust, but today turned out good. Just goes to show yaa-- bad dress, good show! I played one of the wisemen (not by choice, but by force) with some other older kids who got forced into it. Our part was BY FAR the best though. We improved tonnnss up there to add some interest to the scene (which was dull and entertaining). We started off by having one of the wisemen riding in from the back of the church on our "Camel" which was actually another person, ahhaha. That just set the tone and from there we went CRAZY.

Hey everyonneee (: So two nights ago, on the Fourteenth I went to go see my favorite Broadway Musical, Next to Normal, for the eighth time! It's unfortunately and unrightfully closing in January. It is the most amazing musical I have ever since and I feel so strongly about the fact that it should be staying on Broadway.
"It isn't a feel good musical, it's a feel everything musical." -sooo true! On Tuesday I cried 9 time, but it was more like just one cry that just kept going and going. I couldn't help it. Everything about the musical is so powerful and true.
I highly suggest EVERYONE finds time to see it before it closes, and if you don't get the chance to I hope you all at least download the soundtrack. It will blow your min

Sick Sick Sick 12/11/2010

I am sooo sick and tired of being sick. It's such a pain. I am coughing and sneezing and sniffing. And I'm hot and then I'm cold (not katy perry pun intended) and then I get all clamy and uncomfortable.

The only thing that has been getting me through this:
-Christmas movies/music
-& of course Harry Potter.

I'm rereading the 7th harry potter book right now. It's a glorious thing. I also made myself a marauders map today! How way cool is that?! If you want to make your own it's waayy easy. Heres the link I used:
http://www.britta.com/hogwarts/Year6/prep/map/MapWithInstructions.pdf

It took me like 15 minutes tops to do! So go and enjoy having your own little marauders map!
Oh, and if you're too lazy to make your own AND you have 35 dollars plus shipping to spend then you can buy and exact replica of the one in the movie plus tons more amazing harry potter things here:

I haven't posted in forever. It seems as if time has been flying by so fast and I haven't been able to keep up enough. I have so much to share with you all, but more of all I wanted to talk to you all about Teen Vogue Fashion U. It happened all the way back in October, but I haven't seemed to be able to grab a break since then to tell you guys all about it.

It was an absolutely unforgettable experience. I learned so much and enjoyed myself beyond a lot.

This Sunday I started at a new Lutheran church. At a certain point in church say announcements, and I was intrigued by one. They were talking about a closet where people who are homeless or don't have any money could come and get clothes. I was really interested by the idea of this and so I asked someone about it and they told me that it was in a small attic near the back of the building.

Once I found it I went up the long staircase and I was amazed at what I saw. It was a small room with five round racks and a bunch of shelves filled with clothes. I was really inspired by the idea and I'm looking forward to volunteering there and also donating some of my own clothes. Do some research on google and look to see if there are any organizations like that in your own community!

And the Cabaret experience continues! ahahha. I had another rehearsal today and got my full script. I have a lot of memorizing to do, I can tell you that much! The worst part of being in the show is trying to do a German dialect. It's sooo hard! I've been trying to do one the best I can,  but I feel like somehow I always slip into a British or Australian accent! hahaha! Don't ask me how, since their not similar at all! If anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated for you to let me know! A video of how to do it would be even better

I'll leave you with this:
Alle Einsteigen, Bitte --- what it means? I have no idea!
have a great day ever
